ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE
APPROVAL OF PROCEDURE

Based on Article 15.8 of the Law on Medicines and Medical Devices, the ORDER is:
1. To approve the “Procedure for receiving veterinary drugs and medical devices with assistance and donations” in the appendix.
2. The Veterinary and Breeding Department (M.Galbadrakh) shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this regulation, and the Animal Husbandry Policy Implementation Coordination Department (N.Ganibal) shall be responsible for monitoring the implementation of this regulation.
