ORDER OF THE HEAD OF THE GENERAL VETERINARY DEPARTMENT

APPROVAL OF VETERINARY CERTIFICATE DESIGN AND INSTRUCTIONS
Based on Article 8.4 of the Law on the Legal Status of Government Agencies, Article 7.10 of the Law on Animal Health and Article 27.6 of the Law on Animal Health, the ORDER is as follows:
1. “Veterinary certificate model and instructions for use” in Annex 1, “Contract of veterinary service unit” in Annex 2, “Domestic veterinary certificate model” in Annex 3, “International veterinary certificate” in Annex 4 , “Veterinary laboratory certification certificate” shall be approved in accordance with Annex 5, and “Small animal veterinary certificate” shall be approved in accordance with Annex 6.
2. “Instruct the Veterinary Hygiene and Certification Agency /B.Batsukh/ to organize the implementation of the veterinary certificate, and the Veterinary Inspection and Risk Assessment Agency /B.Boldbaatar/ to monitor the implementation of this order.
